EDITORIAL POLICY

The following editorial policy shall apply to all publications of GoAccell.com’s eMagazine.

1.         Thematic Content and Objective. GoAccell.com’s eMagazine is committed to providing our readership with writings and content centered on community living and homeownership that informs, enlightens and entertains.

2.         Avoidance of legal liability. GoAccell.com’s eMagazine, its editors, writers, employees and other representatives will not print anything that, in the opinion of the editorial staff, may be cause for legal action against GoAccell.com eMagazine.  When a reasonable doubt exists, the policy shall be that the questionable item or words will not be printed.

3.         Editorial Review.  To help ensure conformity with legal concerns, all items appearing in GoAccell.com’s eMagazine shall be subject to final review by the editorial staff or its duly appointed representatives, at least ten business days prior to publication.

4.         Avoidance of Censorship.  Any changes or rewritings produced by the editorial staff's review shall be based on the avoidance of potential legal complications and clarity of thought.

5.         Equal Access Principle.  GoAccell.com eMagazine welcomes the ideas of our readership, individually or collectively, and encourages their submissions for publication of articles concerning topics harmonious with our thematic content of community living and homeownership.

6.         Encouraging Positive View Points.  It is the general policy of GoAccell.com’s eMagazine to encourage positive community spirit and pride in homeownership.  Publications of GoAccell.com eMagazine will be guided by this policy.  Therefore, submissions from any source that contribute to divisiveness, personal debate or other negative causes will not be published.

7.         Non-Political & Editorial Consideration.  Political or editorialized messages are not a theme of GoAccell.com eMagazine and will not be printed. GoAccell.com eMagazine will evaluate ideas and articles based on their appropriateness and harmony with the thematic content of upcoming issues, informative focus, pertinence to homeownership & community living, and writing quality.

8.         Publication Constraints.  Articles submitted by readers, may be edited and printed in accordance with style, space, or other editorial requirements.  It is understood that all errors of fact are to be corrected before publishing or a retraction published in the following eMagazine.  The number of issues, space, content and layout are all governing factors in determining an article's inclusion.
